GEC BPAMTM Consists of Discrete Work Steps to Yield Expected Results

GEC applies a disciplined methodology consistent with CMII, Earned Value Management, and industry best practices/standards for documentation.  In the Implementation Phase of a BPM project, our team conducts a structured walk-through with end-users to obtain final design sign-off. The database design is completed, while security and control issues, conversion planning and execution, network configuration, interfaces, system backup and recovery, and system test plans are addressed. Customization requirements are completed, all forms and reports are developed, and the BPM solution is thoroughly tested.  User acceptance testing is completed, while training material is developed, and training is conducted for end-users. All system documentation and operational manuals are finalized.  The system is turned over to a production environment, and a Post Implementation Review is carried out to evaluate overall system performance and identify the need for process optimization adjustments.
